In Our Hands: voices from young Artists
LIU Brooklyn BFA Program in Acting for Theatre, Film and Television Fall 2021 Devised Theatre about Social Issues in USA:
In a three month process, the students chose the issue which they care most about in this society. They found partners to work with, and created their own pieces. All pieces were performed outside as a part of the process of devel- oping the whole show. The issues the students chose are: Mental Health, Gender Inequality, Domestic Violence, Bias and discrimination toward LGBTQ community, and Social Class Devisions in this production. |
